1. Information we collect
Store2Door ("we," "us," or "our") handles information you provide directly, information supplied by your business or its authorized representatives, and information generated when you use our services. Depending on how you use Store2Door, this includes:
- Account and contact information: names, business names, account numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, billing or delivery addresses, and sign-in information.
- Orders and business records: products selected, quantities, saved product lists, customer-specific pricing, orders, invoices, delivery details, and uploaded order or pricing files.
- Communications: information you provide when contacting us about your account, orders, or support requests.
- Technical and usage information: browser and device details, network information such as an IP address, pages visited, and records of service activity or errors.
Please provide only information needed for your business relationship with Store2Door. Do not include passwords or unrelated sensitive information in uploaded files or support messages.
2. How we use information
We use information to maintain accounts and authenticate users; display products and customer pricing; process orders and invoices; coordinate deliveries; provide customer support; and send account, order, or service communications. Information also supports troubleshooting, service improvement, fraud prevention, and applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations.
4. Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
Our services use cookies, session information, and browser storage to support sign-in and application functionality. Clearing or blocking this storage may sign you out or prevent some features from working.
The Store2Door web application uses Google Analytics to help understand how the service is used. Analytics can involve cookies or similar technologies and information about your browser, device, and interactions with the site. For details about Google's handling of information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. These settings do not delete account, order, or invoice records stored by Store2Door.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained according to the needs of the account and service, including order fulfillment, customer support, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods, and some records may need to remain after an account is closed.
Store2Door uses account authentication and access controls to restrict access to information. No online service or method of storage can guarantee complete security. Keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can contact us to ask about the information associated with your account, correct inaccurate information, or request account closure or deletion of personal information. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights to access, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to certain uses of your information.
We may need to verify your identity and authority over a business account before acting on a request. Requests are subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements; deleting an account does not necessarily remove invoices or other records we must retain.
If you receive optional reminders or marketing communications, you can ask us to change your preferences. Necessary account and order communications may still be sent.
7. Children and external services
Store2Door's ordering and account services are intended for business customers and their authorized users, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review the matter.
Links to other websites or services are governed by those providers' privacy policies. This policy describes Store2Door's services, not the independent practices of external providers.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or information practices. The latest version will be available on this page with an updated date. Where required by applicable law, additional notice will be provided for material changes.
9. Contact Store2Door
For a privacy question, correction, or deletion request, contact your Store2Door account representative using the contact details provided with your account or order correspondence. Ask for your message to be directed to the person responsible for privacy requests.
Include your name, business or account number, and a description of your request. Do not send your password.
